TRAN BIOGRAPHY

​​Boris Tran was born in 1987 in the north of France, he spent 10 years of his childhood in Belgium where he discovered electronic music very early. In 2001, he goes into the South of France and spent his teenage years to refine his musical approach with various instruments (Guitar / Bass / Vocal / ...).In 2006 he discovered minimal techno with the Prestigious Club "Bar Live", which the influence comes shortly after. He began his own compositions with his best friend tEho in 2010 and signed his first EP "Mistigris" which will launch in the world of electronic music. Influenced by the German scene (Extrawelt, Stephan Bodzin, Oliver Huntemann, ...) but also by the French New wave (N'to, Maxime Dangles, Worakls ...),Tran's music oscillates between minimal and melodic.

Boris Tran est né en 1987 dans le nord de la France. Il passe 10 ans de son enfance en Belgique où il découvre très tôt la musique électronique. En 2001 il descend dans le sud de la France et passe son adolescence à affiner son approche musicale avec divers instruments (Guitare/Basse/Chant/...).En 2006 il découvre la techno minimale dans le Prestigieux Club « Bar Live », ce qui l’influencera peu de temps après. Il commence ses propres compositions avec son meilleur ami tEho et signe en 2010 son premier EP « Mistigris », qui le lancera dans le monde de la musique électronique. Influencée par la scène Allemande (Extrawelt , Stephan Bodzin , Oliver Huntemann , ...) mais aussi par la nouvelle vague française (N’to , Maxime Dangles , Worakls , ...), la musique de Tran oscille entre minimal et mélodique
